Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a fusion protein composed of Hsap\FUS amino acids 1-267 fused to a C-terminal part of Hsap\ERG (starts at residue 302). The Hsap\ERG sequence contains a frameshift, thus the fusion protein contains amino acids 302-414 of Hsap\ERG followed by new residues due to the frameshift.
