Description

UASp regulatory sequences drive expression of sequence that encodes scra isoform A (amplified from the LD23793 cDNA clone). The 3'UTR sequence has been deleted (the 5'UTR sequence is still present). The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with DsRed(M1).
