Description

The nub margin enhancer is fused upstream of a fusion protein composed of the Tag:SS(Akh) signal peptide, a Tag:NLS(SV40-largeT) nuclear localization signal, a tandem fluorescent dimer composed of EGFP and GFP and an endoplasmic reticulum export signal from the Hsap\KCNJ2 gene.
