Description

4.3kb genomic fragment that encompasses mbm. Three CK2 phosphorylation sites in acidic cluster 1 (amino acid replacements S288A, S290A and T292A) and three CK2 phosphorylation sites in acidic cluster 2 (amino acid replacements T327A, S332A and T333A) have been mutated to non-phosphorylatable residues.
