Description

13xlexAop regulatory sequences drive expression of a 'spaghetti monster GFP' (smGFP) backbone fused to Tag:V5. The chinmo 5'UTR is present upstream of the coding sequence and the chinmo 3'UTR is present downstream of the coding sequence. A 158bp deletion has been introduced into the chinmo 5'UTR sequence.
