Description

A composite of the slp1 distal early stripe element (DESE) enhancer fragment, in which all five run protein-binding sites have been mutated, and the slp1 proximal early stripe element (PESE) enhancer fragment, plus basal slp1 promoter sequences from -260 to +121 drive expression of lacZ (all slp1 coordinates relative to the slp1 transcription start site).
