A 14bp fragment from upstream of the D. yakuba ortholog of the Ntf-2r gene (this fragment is similar to the β2-UE1 regulatory motif of the βTub85D gene), followed by the D. melanogaster Ntf-2r promoter and 5'UTR is fused upstream of EGFP.
