Description

The FLASH promoter drives expression of a amino acids 1-733 of FLASH in which the conserved LDIY motif starting at residue 71 has been mutated to AAAA. The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with the N-terminal 101 amino acids of mxc (a sequence that can target proteins to the histone locus body) and with Tag:V5.
