Description

10xUAS regulatory sequences are fused upstream of an FRT cassette containing a Tag:M(mCd8a)-GFP coding sequence. A second coding sequence is present downstream of the FRT cassette; it encodes CsChrimson tagged with tdTomato. In the absence of FLP recombinase, only the Tag:M(mCd8a)-GFP protein is expressed. If the FRT is excised, using FLP recombinase, only the tdTomato-tagged CsChrimson protein is expressed.
