Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of the Clc-RA coding sequence. The codon usage has been modified (by synonymous codon substitutions) to use optimal codons (those enriched in stable transcripts). Hsp70Bb 5'UTR and 3'UTR sequences are present.
