Description

lexAop regulatory sequences drive expression of Halo-tag(Unk) that is tagged at the N-terminal end with a Tag:SS(pat-3) signal sequence and fused at the C-terminal end to a Tag:M(CD4-Unk) transmembrane anchor, such that the Halo-tag(Unk) sequence is expressed on the cell surface.
