Description

The FRT cassette has been excised (removing the Tag:Myr(Src64B)-tagged mGreenLantern sequence). This allows the 10xUAS regulatory sequences to drive expression of 3 tandem copies of the Halo7-tag chemical reporter, tagged at the C-terminal end with the Tag:PM(hKRAS) plasma membrane targeting sequence (the L21 5'UTR and the P10 3'UTR, shown to increase translational efficiency, are also present flanking this second coding sequence).
