Description

The eve stripe 2 minimal enhancer ('eve2') followed by the 1033bp sequence that is normally found between eve2 and the eve core promoter is fused upstream of the eve core promoter followed by a transcription unit comprised of 24 tandem copies of the Tag:MS2 stem loop, 3kb of lacZ sequence and an αTubulin 3'UTR.
