Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of Hsap\PIP4K2B carrying a A381E amino acid substitution; this has previously been shown to switch the substrate specificity from phosphatidylinositol 5-phosphate to phosphatidylinositol 4-phosphate, while still generating the same product, phosphatidylinositol 4,5 bisphosphate (PMID:11733501).
