Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of the Sfru\ABCC2 coding sequence (4067bp), codon optimized for Drosophila. Two mutations have been introduced into the coding sequence; a P799K amino acid substitution and deletion of sequence encoding codons 788-789 (GY).
