Description

UASp regulatory sequences drive expression of a C-terminally truncated form of Spou\spaid that lacks the 828 C-terminal amino acids. There are also two amino acid substitutions (Q787C and C290A) in the coding sequence. The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with EGFP.
