Description

UASp regulatory sequences drive expression of Spou\spaid amino acids 1-789 and 1396-2367 (this encodes a C-terminally truncated form of Spou\spaid that also lacks the OTU deubiquitinase domain). There is also an amino acid substitution (Q787C) in the coding sequence. The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with EGFP.
