Description

UASt sequences regulate expression of a chimeric protein in which the C-terminal methyltransferase domain of Amus has been replaced with the homologous domain of Hsap\MEPCE (the fusion protein is composed of amino acids 1-76 of Amus and amino acids 415-689 of Hsap\MEPCE). An amino acid substitution (Y421F) has been introduced into the Hsap\MEPCE sequence.
