Description

UASt sequences regulate expression of a Hsap\APOL1 cDNA that has been mutated to carry both the 'G1' (S342G and I384M amino acid substitutions) and 'G2' (deletion of amino acids N388 and Y389) risk variants for kidney disease. The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with Tag:FLAG.
