Description

UASt sequences regulate expression of a Osbp cDNA that has been mutated to carry amino acid substitutions H503A, H504A and K713A (results in a protein that cannot transfer cholesterol but is still able to bind phosphatidylinositol-4-phosphate and Vap33 protein). The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with Tag:V5.
