Description

UASt sequences regulate expression of a non-phosphorylatable variant (AA) of the Clover-based 'JNK-KTR' kinase translocation reporter of JNK activity. The non-phosphorylatable mutations result in the JNK-KTR[AA] protein being localized to the nucleus, regardless of endogenous JNK activity levels.
