Description

Genomic clone that includes the cis-regulatory region, first exon and part of the first intron of the 'shavenbaby' (svb) isoform of ovo. A deletion of approximately 5kb has been introduced into the cis-regulatory sequence. Sequence encoding EGFP and a nuclear localization signal has been inserted at the start of the svb coding sequence (within the first exon).
