Description

A αTub84B promoter drives expression of a dicistronic transcription unit that encodes two open reading frames (ORFs) separated by a T2A sequence (this results in separate translation of each protein). The first ORF encodes GAL80 that is tagged at both the N-terminal and C-terminal end with the ligand-regulated Tag:degron(ecDHFR) destabilizing domain. The second ORF encodes mCherry.
