Description

UASp sequences are fused upstream of a genomic fragment that extends from the naturally occurring BamHI site just before the osk transcription start site to the osk stop codon. The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with sfGFP. The fs(1)K10 3' UTR sequence is present downstream of sfGFP.
