Description

Three tandem copies of 'EcREβ' (a 25bp EcR-responsive element from within a rols intron) and three tandem copies of 'TRE1' (a twi-responsive element from within a rols intron) are fused upstream of a basal Hsp70 promoter followed by GFP. The conserved G and C residues within 'EcREβ' have been mutated.
