Description

A 2365bp fragment from the long first intron of nab is fused upstream of a minimal Hsp70 promoter driving expression of EGFP tagged with a nuclear localization signal (Tag:NLS(tra)). One of the Su(H) protein binding motifs in the nab fragment has been mutated.
