Description

UASt sequences regulate expression of a Or88a transcript in which the exonic intron (exitron) sequence has been deleted. A Tag:HA tag has been inserted in-frame at the N-terminal end of the longest putative open reading frame ('ORF2') of the resulting transcript; no anti-Tag:HA labeling is seen in immunofluorescence experiments, suggesting that this transcript is not translated into a stable protein.
