Description

UASt sequences regulate expression of a mutated form of His1 into which two in-frame stop codons have been introduced (at residues S2 and M52). The coding sequence is tagged at the N-terminal end with Tag:FLAG (as expected, a Tag:FLAG-tagged protein is not expressed, due to the stop codons).
