Description

UASt regulates expression of C-terminally EGFP-tagged vaha cDNA with a 13 aa linker sequence (coding for AVDGTAGPGSIAT) between the two sequences, and in which active site residues serine (167), aspartic acid (341) and histidine (374) are replaced by alanine.
