Description

UAS sequences regulate expression of Cas9::CMP(Unk) in which the Cas9 sequence is human codon-optimized, the coding sequence of the Homo sapiens HMGN1 gene is fused to the N-terminal end of Cas9 via a GGSGP linker, and with an undefined peptide sequence (UDP) fused to the C-terminal end of Cas9 via a GGSGP linker.
