The 567bp bab2 leg/antennal enhancer (LAE), in which both the common CAG motif of the double bowl zinc-finger binding site within CR2 and the single bowl zinc-finger binding site outside of CR2 have been mutated, is fused upstream of an Hsp70 promoter followed by GFP.
