Description

The Tv4 enhancer from upstream of FMRFa, in which both GNCV sequences within the BMP-RE have been mutated, is fused upstream of a minimal Hsp70 promoter followed by EGFP tagged with a nuclear localisation signal (Tag:NLS(tra)).
