Description

The Tv4 enhancer from upstream of FMRFa, in which the Med protein-binding GTAT site has been mutated to ACTA, is fused upstream of a minimal Hsp70 promoter followed by EGFP tagged with a nuclear localisation signal (Tag:NLS(tra)).
