Description

Genomic Pacman clone CH322-141N1, which contains the entire Wnt5 locus plus 5kb of upstream sequence. Sequence encoding EGFP followed by a stop codon has been introduced after the Wnt5 start codon, resulting in a reporter in which EGFP is expressed under the control of Wnt5 regulatory sequences.
