10xUAS sequences regulate expression of a control construct; mutations that prevent dopamine binding have been introduced into a sensor for dopamine that is based on a circularly permuted form of mApple inserted into the third intracellular loop of Hsap\DRD2. The mutated sensor does not show detectable fluorescence increases in response to dopamine.
