Description

Genomic fragment that encompasses SMC1. The SMC1 stop codon has been replaced with sequence encoding an FRT site, mCherry, 3xTag:HA, a stop codon, a second FRT site, sfGFP, Tag:EPEA and a second stop codon. In the absence of FLP recombinase, the SMC1 protein is tagged with mCherry and 3xTag:HA. If the FRT cassette is excised, the SMC1 protein is tagged with sfGFP and Tag:EPEA.
