Description

UASt sequences regulate expression of N in which a. the N-terminal EGF repeat containing part of the extracellular domain has been replaced by Tag:LBD(FSHR) and b. the juxtamembrane NRR (negative regulatory region) has been replaced with the NRR from the orthologous Cele\lin-12 gene in which a Leu residue has been introduced into the spacer between the first two LIN-12/Notch repeats (in the same position as the conserved Leu residue in the N NRR). The coding sequence is tagged with mCherry just upstream of the juxtamembrane NRR (negative regulatory region). A single FRT site is present in between the UASt and coding sequences.
