Description

UASp sequences regulate expression of a catalytically inactive form of Set1 (amino acid substitution E1613K in the SET domain) that is tagged at the N-terminal end with EGFP. Silent mutations have been introduced into the Set1 sequence to render the transgene resistant to RNAi mediated by P{TRiP.HMS00581}. The coding sequence is flanked by a pair of FRT sites.
