Description

A mutated form of the Cpr47Ee 'edge' enhancer, in which both the site 1 TAAT motif and the TAAAT motif that overlaps it have been mutated, is fused upstream of a minimal Hsp70 promoter followed by sequence encoding the EGFP fluorescent protein, tagged at the C-terminal end with a nuclear localization signal.
