Description

UASz sequences regulate expression of a mutated form of SFV\nsp3 in which the two FGDF domains each contain a single F to A amino acid substitution (of the first F residue in the motif in each case), which prevents binding to the Ras-GAP SH3 domain binding protein G3BP. The coding sequence is tagged at the N-terminal end with mApple.
