Description

UASp sequences are fused upstream of a chimeric sequence in which the wild-type Upf1 coding sequence (from the LD30316 cDNA clone) is fused to a genomic fragment that encodes the mutated nanosL7 coding sequence (C-terminal tail deletion) plus the nanos 3'UTR.
