Description

UAS sequences regulate expression of a cDNA that encodes the unc-13 A isoform, mutated to carry a H1723K amino acid substitution. Synonymous mutations have also been introduced to render the transgene resistant to RNAi mediated by either the P{TRiP.JF02440} or PBac{UAS-unc13.A.RNAi} transgenes.
