Description

A mutation (amino acid replacement R250H) has been introduced into the Syt1 coding sequence of the P{UAS-syt.B-D1,2N} transgene, resulting in a transgene in which UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of a mutated form of Syt1 that carries amino acid replacements D356N, D362N and R250H.
