UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of two LH domains of the nompC longer isoform arranged in tandem; consists of one N-terminal construct including residues 1-1269 (includes AR+LH domain) of nompC fused to a C-terminal construct of nompC containing the LH domain, transmembrane core and a GFP-tagged C-terminus.
