Description

UAS sequences regulate expression of a mutated Eato-RB isoform, in which the key Lys residue of the Walker A motif in each ATP-binding domain has been mutated (amino acid replacements K503M and K1293M). The coding sequence is tagged with Tag:FLAG. The transgene has been rendered insensitive to the gRNAs encoded by PBac{Eato.2xgRNA} by the introduction of silent mutations.
