A minimal lectin-24A promoter fragment from the DGRP-437 strain, extending from 489bp upstream of the translation start site and including the translation start codon) is fused upstream of Venus. Two SNPs found in the DGRP-892 strain (3718036_SNP, 3718037_SNP) have been introduced into the lectin-24A sequence.
