Description

UASp sequences regulate expression of a fusion protein composed of the Hsap\KIF11 motor domain (amino acids 1-370) fused to Klp61F amino acids 368-1066 (C-terminal fragment that includes the stalk, BASS and tail domains). Silent mutations have been introduced into the Klp61F coding sequence to confer resistance to RNAi mediated by the P{TRiP.GL00441} transgene. The coding sequence is tagged with sfGFP.
