Description

The FRT100 cassette has been excised, resulting in the VT028327 regulatory fragment being fused upstream of a single FRT100 site, a T2A element and sequence encoding the p65(AD)::Zip+ hemidriver. The presence of the T2A element promotes the separate translation of p65(AD)::Zip+ from the in-frame peptide encoded by the single FRT100 site and T2A sequence.
