Description

UASt sequences regulate expression of ph-p that contains charge-reversing mutations on the sterile alpha motif (SAM) surface to create complementary interactions with the acidic linker sequence (the linker sequence is located between the FCS zinc finger domain and the SAM). The mutations are: D16K, D17R, D33K and D34R. In addition, the coding sequence is tagged with Venus.
