Description

UAS sequences regulate expression of an in-frame fusion of Hsap\CBFA2T3 and Hsap\GLIS2; the fusion breakpoints are located in exon 11 of Hsap\CBFA2T3 and exon 3 of Hsap\GLIS2. This fusion protein has been identified in patients with pediatric acute megakaryoblastic leukemia.
